Expert Floor Sanding
We use five grades of abrasive belts decreasing in coarseness upon each sand. This wood floor sanding process not only prevents damage to the floor but allows each sand to become finer and, therefore, smoother.
As we are experts in floor sanding, we leave a perfect finish with no scuffs or marks. When this is achieved, we apply the stain (if required), followed by 2 to 3 coats of wax, oil or seal, according to the customer’s preference. This is buffed after each application to ensure no undulations occur on the surface, and your floor looks fantastic.

We spent months trying to get someone in to clean our floors. Guys would measure, leave, never to send an estimate. A friend recommended Proclean. He responded to my email within a day, was able to call by the next day to measure and wrote the estimate there and then. He cleaned the tiled floors in our hall and conservatory and was so good we got him back to reseal the kitchen/pantry floors, then finally a large rear utility room.
This room is the entry point to the house from the farm, so it gets covered all kinds of stuff. I had no idea how dirty this floor really was. After Stuart had finished with it looked like a brand new floor, as the colour is so much lighter. Several visitors have asked if we had laid new tiles. We're amazed at the difference!
